Chris Ayoub has worked in the IT industry for 12 years and has been with Cisco for almost 6 years. He lives in Montreal, Quebec, Canada with his wife and 2 young children. A strong supporter of both physical and mental health, Chris was inspired to share his story after Cisco leadership, made a public commitment to “Making Mental Health a Priority”. He has completed a few half marathons, and plans to run a full marathon in 2020.
